Lisa moderated a panel on Women in Leadership at the American Bar Association Section of International Law Annual Meeting which was held in Washington, DC in April. The numbers of women in leadership roles in law firms as well as in-house has not changed much in decades and the conversation centered around various initiatives that are taking place to ensure effective change, including the findings of an initiative conducted by the Law Society of England and Wales, studies of LexisNexis, the viewpoint of an in-house counsel from Argentina and the CEO of the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession.
