Hosting the Temple Law Alumni Association Women’s Leadership Panel

On May 4, 2015, The Axelrod Firm hosted the Temple Law Alumni Association’s Third Annual Women’s Initiative Panel and Luncheon, which was held at a private club in Philadelphia. The event featured The Honorable Sheila Woods-Skipper, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Kathryn (Kitty) Kolbert, Director of the Athena Center for Leadership Studies, Barnard College, and Dorothy M. Arimond, Assistant Vice President, Brandywine Group of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies. The panel was moderated by Lori Garber of Belluck & Fox and focused on the topic of leadership, specifically focusing on how women can be successful and effective leaders and how institutional change can help propel women lawyers to the top tiers of law firms and corporations.

Firm President Sheryl L. Axelrod founded the TLAA Women’s Leadership Initiative four years earlier.
