Helping Women Succeed In The Legal Profession: Sheryl Axelrod Sits On A Panel Of Preeminent Female Temple Law Graduates Giving Advice To Women Lawyers

“Backwards in Heels: a Panel of Women Lawyers Share Experiences and Strategies for Success” was presented by the Temple Law Alumni Association (TLAA) on May 4, 2012 at Blank Rome in Philadelphia. Temple Law Dean JoAnne Epps moderated the panel of distinguished female Temple Law graduates from diverse fields: Sheryl Axelrod of The Axelrod Firm, representing the small firm owner; Mairi Luce, a partner at Duane Morris, representing the big law firm partner; Sophia Lee, Chief of Litigation at Sunoco, representing the in-house lawyer; and Marissa Boyers Bluestine, Legal Director of the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, representing the public interest attorney.
