In the article, Sheryl Axelrod culls together studies on the profitability of diversity in corporate America generally, and takes a look at a major study on the profitability of diversity in the legal profession.  She shows that diversity is enormously profitable, and that removing barriers to women and minorities’ advancement also minimizes a company’s exposure to discrimination claims.
