The panel discussed the “Attorney-Client Privilege Internationally” and the panel was presented by members of NAMWOLF’s International Law Practice Area Committee (PAC).  The panel reviewed the status of attorney-client privilege internationally and focused on some of the important differences in various jurisdictions.
