On May 20, 2016, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed the District Court’s grant of SUMMARY JUDGMENT in favor of EagleBank, represented by The Axelrod Firm President Sheryl Axelrod and Michael Lichtenstein, on the bank’s $1.25 million claim to monies securing a loan.
