Leah A. DiMatteo is an attorney at The Axelrod Firm, P.C. She focuses her practice on representing corporations, non-profits, and individuals in employment, appellate, personal injury, and commercial litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Before joining the firm, Leah practiced at a Philadelphia-based law firm where she defended large transportation, elevator, and escalator companies in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and commercial disputes.
After law school, Leah completed a one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Toto of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.
Leah graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was selected to participate in the 2013-2014 Eagleton Institute of Politics Graduate Fellowship Program.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Reed College, where she researched, wrote, and defended a senior thesis that analyzed race and gender in a seventeenth century colonialist novella.
